There are probably a lot of things your parents don’t know about you – and that’s okay! It’s natural to want to keep some things to yourself, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Here are a few things you might be glad your parents don’t know about you:
1. Your drinking habits. If you like to have a drink or two (or more) when you go out, that’s your business and your parents don’t need to know. As long as you’re not putting yourself in danger, there’s no need to tell them.
2. Your sex life. This is a personal topic that you might not want to share with your parents. It’s up to you whether or not you want to tell them about your sexual experiences, but you don’t have to.
3. Your drug use. Again, this is a personal choice and you don’t have to share this information with your parents if you don’t want to. If you do choose to tell them, be honest about it and don’t try to hide anything.
4. Your financial situation. If you’re in debt or struggling to make ends meet, you might not want to tell your parents. It’s up to you whether or not you want to share this information, but know that they will probably be there to help you if you need it.
5. Your mental health. This is a sensitive topic for many people, and you might not want to share it with your parents. If you’re struggling with mental health issues, there are many resources available to you that can help.
You don’t have to tell your parents everything, but know that they will probably be understanding and supportive if you do choose to open up to them.

It can be really tough when your parents don’t understand you. You might feel like they’re never going to get it and that they just don’t get you. But there are things you can do to try and help them understand you better.
First, try to talk to them about how you’re feeling. Tell them what’s going on in your life and why you feel like they don’t understand you. It can be hard to open up, but it’s important to communicate with your parents.
They can’t help you if they don’t know what’s going on. Second, try to be patient with them. They might not understand everything right away, but they’re probably trying their best.
Give them time to process what you’re saying and to ask questions. Finally, don’t give up. Even if it feels like they’ll never understand, keep trying.
They might surprise you.

There is no one hardest question to ask your parents, as this will vary depending on the individual and their relationship with their parents. However, some questions which may be difficult to ask include those about sensitive topics such as mental health, sexuality, or abuse. It can be difficult to broach these topics with parents, especially if they are not open to discussion, but it is important to remember that you have a right to information and support.
