The Mad King’s Parents are two of the most important people in his life. They are the ones who raised him and taught him everything he knows. They are also the ones who have to deal with his madness.

The Mad King’s father is King Aerys II Targaryen, the last king of House Targaryen. His mother is Queen Rhaella Targaryen, the sister of King Aerys II. The Mad King was born during a time when House Targaryen was at its weakest point.

His parents were not able to protect him from the many threats that existed in Westeros at that time.

We all know the Mad King is crazy, but who are his parents? Many believe his father was a madman as well, which would explain where he gets it from. Others say that his mother was a witch who cursed him at birth.

No one really knows for sure, but it’s clear that the Mad King’s parents were not normal people.

Who are the Mad King’S Parents

The Mad King’s parents were King Aerys II Targaryen and his sister-wife, Queen Rhaella. His father was known as the “Mad King” because of his erratic and cruel behavior. His mother was kind and gentle, but she died in childbirth along with her stillborn daughter.

What is the Mad King’S Real Name

The Mad King’s real name is George III of England. He was born on June 4, 1738, in London, England. He ruled as king from 1760 until his death in 1820.

George III is best known for his mental illness, which caused him to be nicknamed “the mad king.” He also oversaw the loss of the American colonies and was the last British monarch to rule over them.

How Did the Mad King Come to Power

The Mad King, Aerys II Targaryen, was the last Targaryen king to rule over Westeros. He came to power after his father, King Maekar I Targaryen, died in a tournament. Aerys was only seventeen at the time and was not ready to be king.

However, he was the only heir and so the Seven Kingdoms had no choice but to crown him. Aerys was a cruel and tyrannical ruler who earned his nickname by doing things like burning people alive with wildfyre and mutilating them for fun. His reign was marked by terror and bloodshed.

The Mad King eventually went too far when he ordered his pyromancer, Lord Rossart, to burn down the entire city of King’s Landing using Wildfyre. This led to a rebellion led by Robert Baratheon which resulted in Aerys’ death and Robert taking the throne.

Why is the Mad King Mad

The Mad King is mad because he has a hereditary mental illness that causes him to act erratically and become increasingly paranoid over time. He also may have been experiencing delusions and hallucinations, which can be caused by the same condition. The Mad King’s madness ultimately led to his downfall, as he was unable to effectively rule his kingdom and lost the support of his subjects.

What Happened to the Mad King’S Family

When King Aerys II Targaryen, better known as the “Mad King”, was overthrown by Robert Baratheon and Ned Stark during Robert’s Rebellion, his entire family was killed. His wife, Queen Rhaella, died in childbirth along with their newborn son Aegon. Their two older children, Prince Rhaegar and Princess Elia, were both murdered by Gregor Clegane on orders from Tywin Lannister.

This left Aerys’s grandson Viserys as the last living member of the Targaryen dynasty.

Conclusion

In the Game of Thrones universe, the Mad King’s parents are unknown. All that is known about his parentage is that he was born to a family with a history of mental illness. His father, who was also mad, passed down his madness to his son.

It is possible that his mother was also mentally ill, but this is never confirmed in the series. The Mad King’s insanity led to him becoming a tyrannical ruler, and he was eventually overthrown and killed by Robert Baratheon.
