I need suggestions! What do you do to get through a weight loss plateau?
My New Year's Resolution was to change my life style and not emphasize on slashing crazy calories. I currently exercise 4-5 days a week with 3 days of weightlifting. My Top Ten Tuesdays Post on exercise gives you an idea on what I love to do.
It's really bumming me out!
Describe a time in your life when you were at your "happy weight".
I was about 120 lbs and in college. I was fit, trim and happy. I am your typically pear shape and embrace it rather than fight it. 120 lbs was always a comfortable weight for me. I would love to see that weight again, but know that age and birth may not allow me to be the same (tear, tear).
