So that was stressful enough. Needless to say workouts went out the window and I ate only when I could and what I could.
Oh and not to mention I got sick with the stomach flu and am slowly recovering today. So in short, it was one hey hey of a week! I did lose weight, about 5 lbs- not the way I wanted to though. I am sure most of it is water weight anyway.
So here is to next week: Portion Control.
